Identity Counsel embarked on a journey to build ‘redevelopment’ focused real estate brand Tattva Mittal. Identity Counsel led the process that involved audits and interviews across the board that resulted in the creation of the brands positioning of creating ‘sensible’ homes. Homes that combined thoughtful locations, efficient design, user-centric facilities, optimization of technologies and real pricing. This was expressed as ‘Sensible Homes. Smart Living’. Guiding the brand into its culture in both internal governance and external communication, Identity Counsel created the ‘I am Tattva Mittal’ culture code.

The nomenclatures for individual project developments of Amaltas 71 and Mittal Cove were drawn out. Identity Counsel furthered the process in articulating the individual project brand promises and personality. The strategic and creative implementation included advertising, digital and website development.
